Terms and Conditions

1. Admission and Enrollment

1.1. Students must complete the registration process and provide necessary details before commencing classes.
1.2. Admission is subject to the school’s discretion and availability of slots.

2. Fee Payment

2.1. All students must pay their monthly fees on or before the 10th of every month.
2.2. A late fine of Rs. 200 will be applicable for payments made after the due date.
2.3. Failure to pay the fees for two consecutive months may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
2.4. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Class Scheduling and Attendance

3.1. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time.
3.2. Rescheduling of a class is only permitted with at least 2 days' prior notice.
3.3. The school reserves the right to modify class schedules if necessary and will notify students accordingly.
3.4. Missed classes without prior notice will not be compensated.

4. Conduct and Discipline

4.1. Students must maintain discipline and respect instructors and fellow students.
4.2. Any form of misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1. The school reserves the right to cancel classes or discontinue any student’s enrollment due to non-compliance with these terms.
5.2. If a student wishes to discontinue classes, they must inform the administration in advance.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

6.1. The school is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged within the premises.
6.2. Participation in classes is at the student’s own risk; the school shall not be liable for any injuries or mishaps.

By enrolling in the music school, students and guardians agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
